Dauch is looking for hardworking, self-motivated individuals to join our Driveline team in Three Rivers, Michigan. We have co-op opportunities that are always shifting with the team. Job Description:

As a College co-op, the student supports the plant operations by assisting with various activities and has excellent oral and written communication skills and high attention to detail and accuracy of information is required . Below are just a few examples.

Engineering: Cycle time studies, TPM tracking and scheduling, preparing daily tracking reports, analyzing data, and reporting to the leadership.

Manufacturing: Troubleshooting daily production problems, maintain process documentation & controls plans, perform tolerance stack-ups.

Industrial Engineer: Plant layouts, job instruction updates, lean manufacturing implementation, OEE data collection and areas for improvement.

Supply Chain: Material flow improvements, delivery routes, new process implementation. Job instructions, visual aids, market locations, audits and cycle counting.

HR: Life-cycle recruiting. Assist with payroll duties, HR kiosk and resolve concerns as needed. Assist with new hire orientations, presentations and benefits.

Finance: Daily reporting for scrap and sales. Credit card and petty cash process. Indirect receiving and cycle counting. Month end and SOX testing.

EH&S: Auditing of work areas for potential accidents or hazards, corrective actions or preventative measure. Tracking of safety metrics.

Maintenance: PM reports, tracking, auditing. Assists associates with L2L maintenance program.

IT: IT hardware and software support over the phone and remotely. Installs and setups, supports all conference rooms and AV systems.

Quality: Create and follow standardize work. Utilization of Quality systems. Issues CARS and tracks to completion. Supplier quality, troubleshooting defects through root cause analysis. Issue PRR’s to suppliers.

All other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Education

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree fulltime in related field with an April 2027 graduation date or later.

• Availability to work a minimum of 25 hours per week.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the ability to learn other programs used by various Dauch departments.
• Must be able to work in the US without Visa Sponsorship
