CNA Job Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, resident-focused care
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including:
- Bathing
- Dressing
- Grooming
- Toileting
- Mobility assistance
- Measure and accurately record vital signs
- Observe and report changes in resident condition
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Support resident dignity, independence, and quality of life
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, physicians, and other healthcare team members
- Follow facility policies and state regulations regarding resident care
CNA Requirements
- Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Compassionate and resident-centered approach to care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute experience preferred but not required
- New graduates welcome and encouraged to apply
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare setting
