The Opportunity

As a Club Manager, you are the catalyst, setting the vision, inspiring your team, and leading your club to sustained success. You’ll bring together people-leadership, commercial insight and operational excellence to shape a club that performs strongly and grows with purpose.

You’ll use your interpersonal, communication, and sales capability to build a high-performing team, foster accountability, and create an environment where exceptional member experiences are the standard, not the exception. Every decision you make helps strengthen your club, your people, and the community you serve.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Management of sales budgets and analysis to determine proactive strategies for improvement   

• Proactive contribution to your club's sales targets  

• Management of your club's projected and actual Profit and Loss levels  

• Leading in the delivery of exceptional member experiences and the successful resolution of member concerns   

• Recruitment, training and retention of staff members    

• Conduct weekly 1:1 and team meetings with departmental leaders  

• Annual performance appraisals  

To be successful in this role you will need:  

• Leadership experience managing a sales team with 5+ direct/indirect reports in a high volume and fast paced environment. Ideally within the fitness industry   

• Strong stakeholder management with exceptional verbal, written and time management skills   

• Experience in managing budgets and monitoring & reporting on P&L  

• Ability to engage and inspire a diverse team across club operations  

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
