Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage production infrastructure
- Maintain high system availability and proactive issue resolution.
- Maintain healthy systems (perform clean ups and performance tweaks)
- Support and On-board new tenants to Azure cloud.
- Troubleshoot customer issues related on Infra and application hosted on Azure.
- Use Service Now to work on customer tickets by achieving SLA's.
- Perform scheduled activities on weekends.
- Run PowerShell scripts and CI/CD pipeline where automation is used to complete tasks for Product deployments.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- 1+ year of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer doing systems monitoring & supporting IT infrastructure.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure
- Ability to work as a team to accomplish departmental goals
- Knowledge of SQL/Database Concepts
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Knowledge on Azure Kubernetes service (AKS)
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Weekend Shift - Mandatory (Rotational)
Qualifications
- 1+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree required
