• Performs operational support activities including data entry, documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks in accordance with established procedures.
• Processes routine transactions, maintains accurate records, and supports day-to-day workflow coordination across teams.
• Resolves routine to moderately complex operational issues by applying established guidelines and escalating exceptions when needed.
• Coordinates with internal stakeholders to complete assigned activities, track follow-ups, and support timely execution of operational tasks.
• Provides guidance to newer team members on standard procedures, system usage, and day-to-day work practices.
• Identifies process inefficiencies, suggests practical improvements, and supports implementation of standardized workflows within the assigned function.

Qualification:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
  

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in of progressive operations support, business operations, administrative roles, or a related field required.

Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and varying schedules.
