Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Clinical Trials Administrator to join our team. The role is responsible for the administrative and operational coordination of clinical trial collaborations, working closely with Pharmaceutical Companies, CROs, Research Centers, external partners and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and negotiating financial offers and budgets for new clinical trial collaborations
• Managing contracts, including CTAs, NDAs, amendments, legal approvals, and procedures related to the initiation of new collaborations
• Coordinating regulatory and feasibility documentation, deadlines, milestones, and internal approval processes
• Acting as a key point of contact and coordinating communication with Pharmaceutical Companies, CROs, Research Centers, Network Partners, Group Business Units, and internal departments
• Managing referrals, results, and relevant data entries, ensuring accuracy and coordinating the required deliveries and submissions
• Preparing regular reports and tracking KPIs, including daily and monthly reporting and monitoring of ongoing collaborations
• Maintaining and organizing electronic and physical documentation and preparing internal reports, updates, and administrative notes
• Providing professional customer service and maintaining regular communication with Research Centers, Pharmaceutical Companies, and CROs to ensure the smooth implementation of collaborations

Requirements

• University degree in Health Sciences, such as Biology, Pharmacy or a related field
• At least 2–3 years of relevant professional experience
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel for budget management, reporting and data tracking
• Familiarity with the regulatory framework governing clinical trials and GCP guidelines
