In this role, you will provide administrative and technical support to the project team, helping to maintain study documentation, internal systems, and trial-related trackers. You will support administrative study start-up and site activation activities, assist with document review and filing, and help ensure study information is accurate, complete, and up to date. Working closely with internal teams and study sites, you will contribute to the smooth and timely delivery of clinical trial activities while following company procedures and quality standards. 

 
What You’ll Do 

• Provide administrative support to the project team in the delivery of clinical trials.  

• Maintain study documentation and ensure information is accurate and up to date in internal systems such as eTMF, Activate, and CTMS, including regular File Reviews.  

• Support preparation, review, distribution, and filing of documents for study sites, internal teams, and sponsors.  

• Assist with study start-up, site activation activities, and regulatory documentation, compilation and distribution of Investigator Site Files (ISF), assist with translation process of study-specific materials. 

• Track tasks, reports, and study trackers; identify missing information, follow up as needed, and escalate risks or delays.  

• Support meeting coordination, communications, translation requests, and other project-related administrative tasks as required.  

• Maintain knowledge of and understands SOPs, client SOPs/directives, and current regulatory guidelines as applicable to services provided. 
   

Education and Experience Requirements: 

• High school diploma or university degree; the role is suitable for junior candidates, including recent graduates. 

• Life science background preferred.  

• No previous clinical trial experience required.  

• Relevant education, training, or related experience will be considered an advantage. 

 
 
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 

• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.  

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.  

• Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; willingness to learn clinical trial systems.  

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and local language.  

• Reliable, proactive, and positive approach with a strong focus on accuracy.  

• Ability to follow work instructions, meet deadlines, and escalate risks or unclear topics appropriately.  

• Basic understanding of clinical trials, ICH-GCP, SOPs, or regulatory documentation is an advantage.  

Working Conditions 

• Samorin Office presence is expected approximately 2–3 days per week, with flexibility depending on team and project needs.
