About the Role

We are seeking a Clinical Trial Coordinator (Clinical Trial Assistant, Study Coordinator, Project Support Associate or similar) to join our team in a hybrid capacity, 2 – 3 days/week in Paris, France.

As a Clinical Trial Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting the successful delivery of clinical research studies from study start-up through study closure. You will work closely with Clinical Research Managers and cross functional stakeholders to ensure effective study administration, regulatory compliance, document management, financial coordination, and operational support. Responsibilities include trial and site administration, maintenance of study tracking systems, support of budgeting and payment activities, document management, and stakeholder coordination, with opportunities to further develop your expertise within clinical research operations.

You'll join a fast paced, growth-oriented environment focused on advancing high-quality clinical research that brings innovative therapies to patients. Working within a dedicated sponsor partnership, you will collaborate with experienced industry professionals while gaining exposure to clinical trial processes that support meaningful scientific and medical progress. The Clinical Trial Coordinator role offers opportunities to expand your skills and explore long term career paths within clinical research.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Clinical Research Managers and study team members throughout the clinical trial lifecycle from study start-up to study closure.
• Provide trial and site administration and operational support.
• Collaborate with finance and budgeting representatives to support study related financial activities.
• Coordinate and support study meeting planning activities.
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders, including study sites and vendors, in support of clinical study objectives.
• Track and report negotiation activities related to study operations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial procedures.
• Maintain study tracking tools and systems.
• Collate, distribute, and archive clinical trial documentation.
• Assist with electronic Trial Master File reconciliation activities. 
• Support budgeting, agreement, and payment processes in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

You'll thrive in this role if you bring:

• Strong organizational, time management, interpersonal, and conflict management skills.
• Experience working in clinical research, healthcare, or a regulated environment.
• The ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external customers, including sites and investigators.
• A patient focused mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Comfort working with clinical trial documentation, tracking systems, and study support processes.

Required Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. degree, preferably in Life Sciences, or equivalent healthcare experience.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in Clinical Research in a similar role.
• Good understanding of global and country/regional clinical research guidelines.
• Experience working with clinical trial documentation, tracking tools, and electronic Trial Master File processes.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in local language and business proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently.
