Job Description:

• Day Shift M, T, Th 7a-5p, 4 hours Wednesday or Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the recruitment, onboarding, training, supervision, and performance evaluation of Cardiac Rehabilitation staff.
• Demonstrate fiscal stewardship by managing resources effectively and assisting in the development and oversight of the Cardiac Rehabilitation operational budget.
• Serve as the program lead for AACVPR certification, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and best practices in cardiac rehabilitation.
• Lead quality improvement and process improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and program effectiveness.
• Coordinate the daily operations and workflow of the Cardiac Rehabilitation team to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and clinical standards of practice.
• Promote exceptional patient experiences and customer satisfaction through effective leadership and team support.
• Support staff in resolving clinical and operational issues through critical thinking, evidence-based practice, and collaborative problem-solving.
• Foster interdisciplinary communication and collaboration among providers, staff, patients, and families.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of individualized patient care plans.
• Provide clinical and operational leadership to organize, manage, and evaluate department performance.
• Promote a safe, supportive, and patient-centered environment for both patients and staff.
• Monitor quality metrics, operational outcomes, and departmental performance to drive continuous improvement and achieve organizational goals.

Requirements:

• Greater than 2 years directly related experience
• Bachelors Degree: BSN or BS
• RN license ‑NH or other Compact State
• CPR certified or within 90 days of hire
• Certification in clinical area or nursing management within 18 months

Pay Range:

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
