About the Role
Enterprises are in the middle of transformation. The technology decisions being made right now — across AI-forward vision and roadmap, marketing operations, data, connected CX, and platforms — will shape how they compete for years to come.
We need a Client Technology Leader who can sit at the centre of that. Embedded within the client team, you will be the steward of technology and AI strategy decisions, and the person the client’s technology leadership trusts when it matters most. You will govern an integrated technology ecosystem — spanning Martech, Data, Cloud, Agentic, and proprietary platforms — across CX, Commerce, and CRM, and engineering transformation across both the CMO’s and CTO’s offices.
What You'll Do
- Act as primary technical advisor to the client’s CTO and VP-level stakeholders
- Own technical strategy and design authority across the engagement
- Work with SMEs from across the client and agency organisations to guide:
- Architecture across the content supply chain ecosystem
- Data strategy, unifying first-party data to power real-time personalisation
- Alignment of paid and owned audiences to drive channel performance
- Integrated technology strategy spanning the connected ownership experience, dealer network integration, and lifecycle CRM from acquisition through retention
- Multi-market, multi-agency delivery — ensuring platform coherence, metadata integrity, and operational scalability
- Agentic strategy, ensuring future solutions effectively leverage AI and agents
- Build the commercial case for new areas of technical scope within the account
What You'll Need
- Senior client-facing technical leadership experience: CTO, Technical Director, Principal Architect, or equivalent
- Deep expertise in technology solutioning across martech, experience platforms, cloud, and integration at enterprise scale
- Hands-on knowledge of integration patterns
- Strong command of first-party data strategy and data architecture
- Experience governing complex, multi-market delivery programmes where technical decisions carry brand and commercial consequence
- Experience designing agentic architecture and human-in-the-loop operating models
- Automotive sector experience, or equivalent high-stakes brand environment
- Executive presence at C-suite level, with technical credibility among engineering teams
