About the role
The Client Services Manager (CSM) manages a portfolio of medium-sized commercial partnerships, delivering exceptional client service from campaign briefing through to post-campaign analysis. Working closely with Sales and internal delivery teams, the CSM is responsible for building strong client relationships, delivering campaigns efficiently, identifying opportunities for future growth and continually improving the client experience.
As a Client Services Manager, you will:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned campaigns and partnerships, building trusted relationships with clients and agencies.
- Develop a strong understanding of clients’ business objectives, challenges and opportunities, using this knowledge to shape recommendations and strengthen partnerships.
- Support senior team members in developing strategic client relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Contribute to brainstorms and campaign ideation.
- Partner with Sales throughout the campaign lifecycle, contributing delivery expertise, campaign insight and commercial recommendations to support pitches, renewals and client growth.
- Manage the effective delivery of campaigns, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations while monitoring timelines, budgets, performance and risks.
- Lead campaign wash-ups and PCAs, capturing learnings and sharing recommendations with relevant stakeholders.
- Take ownership of campaign P&Ls monitoring profitability, invoicing and production costs with support from Senior Client Services Managers and HCS.
- Analyse campaign performance, client feedback and PCA insights to identify renewal, upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Present campaign insights clearly to internal and external stakeholders, using reporting and analysis to optimise current and future campaigns.
- Use AI tools and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, reduce administration and enhance campaign delivery, supporting appropriate adoption across the team.
Requirements
- Experience in agency / campaign / partnership delivery
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build credibility with internal and external stakeholders.
- A collaborative team player who enjoys working across multiple departments.
- Client-focused, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- Commercially aware, with an interest in understanding campaign profitability and client growth.
- Confident managing multiple priorities while remaining calm under pressure.
- Curious about emerging technologies and AI, with a willingness to embrace new tools that improve efficiency and campaign delivery.
- Resilient, adaptable and positive, with a desire to continually learn and develop.
