What You’ll Do as a Client Services Manager

Drive business growth by proactively developing your caseload, cultivating new relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand services.

Coordinate client schedules and staffing assignments to ensure consistent, reliable coverage and meet the ongoing needs of clients.

Manage daily scheduling challenges by responding to call-offs, addressing coverage gaps, and coordinating replacement staff to minimize disruptions in care.
- Build strong relationships with clients and families through proactive communication, timely follow-up, and responsive customer service.

Proactively follow up on new referrals to understand client needs, coordinate service starts, and turn opportunities into lasting client relationships.

Develop referral partnerships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, payors, and other referral sources to strengthen BAYADA’s presence in the community.

Participate in marketing events and community outreach to promote BAYADA services, generate referrals, and identify new business opportunities.

Maintain ongoing communication with caregivers and field employees regarding schedules, assignments, client needs, and changes in service.

Partner with Clinical Managers to support field staff, address client or staffing concerns, and ensure appropriate care and service delivery.

Monitor key performance metrics related to caseload growth, staffing, service delivery, and financial performance to support office goals.
What You’ll Need to Succeed

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
-
Prior healthcare experience preferred.
-
Experience in sales, marketing, business development, customer service, or relationship management strongly preferred.

Prior supervisory or team leadership experience is a plus.

Demonstrated ability to achieve goals, take initiative, and assume increasing levels of responsibility.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to respond quickly to changing schedules and staffing needs.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and referral partners.

Strong computer skills, including the ability to learn and use electronic medical records and scheduling systems.

A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the motivation to grow a caseload, improve service delivery, and contribute to office success.
