Client Services Manager – Habilitation

BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Client Services Manager in our Pittsburgh, PA Habilitation office. Our team supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) throughout Pittsburgh and the surrounding communities.

This position has been created due to the continued growth of our office and expanding services in the Pittsburgh community. It’s an exciting opportunity to join a growing team while building your leadership skills and advancing your career in healthcare management.

As a Client Services Manager, you’ll gain hands-on experience in client services, team leadership, operations, business development, and caseload management. You’ll work closely with Clinical Managers and field employees while taking on increasing responsibility as the office continues to grow.

What You’ll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service and support high-quality services for I/DD clients
• Coordinate client services and address emergent scheduling needs
• Manage and proactively grow your client caseload
• Build lasting relationships with clients, families, referral sources, payors, and community organizations
• Develop strong, collaborative relationships with field employees and office leadership
• Monitor key metrics and maintain effective fiscal management of your caseload
• Partner with Clinical Managers to provide supervision, support, and resources to field employees
• Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction, employee engagement, and service delivery
• Take on additional responsibilities and leadership opportunities as the office grows

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Prior I/DD, Habilitation, medical office, or home care experience preferred
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience a plus
• Demonstrated success achieving goals and taking on increased responsibility
• Ambition, initiative, and a growth mindset
• Strong computer skills, including electronic medical record experience
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build meaningful relationships with clients, families, employees, and community partners
