Join us as a Client Service Subject Matter Expert – Custody!

This is an expert-level role at grade 7. The Client Service Subject Matter Expert – Custody is the go-to expert for custody and account processing activities. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients and internal teams on complex inquiries and escalations. You will support the Supervisor in resolving inquiries and act as a knowledge resource for team members, providing processing expertise and back-up as needed.

On this position you will be responsible for:

• Acting as the Subject Matter Expert for custody and account processing activities, and as the first point of escalation for the team.
• Responding to complex inquiries and escalated issues.
• Participating in meetings and contributing to key deliverables.
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client inquiries and to improve service levels.
• Serving as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams on daily servicing inquiries.
• Using relevant internal technology solutions to manage client requests effectively and efficiently.
• Participating in the coordination of new business and product implementations and conversions.
• Reviewing client feedback and inquiries to identify trends, using these insights to find gaps, train clients and internal teams, and propose solutions that reduce errors and inquiries.
• Supporting management in implementing policies, procedures, and controls.

What we’re looking for:

• BS/BA degree and/or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years related custody experience.
• Prior experience working in a client servicing focused work environment.
• Proficiency in English language
• Ability to prioritize and quickly resolve client needs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments and work quickly and accurately in a deadline- oriented environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both verbal and written skills.
• Good working knowledge of Excel.
• Analytical ability.
• Proactivity, and objective oriented.
• Strategic thinking.
• Enthusiastic leadership skills and ability to engage other.
• Working knowledge of custody account opening process is a plus.
