SSIM is a global leader in asset management relied on by sophisticated institutions worldwide for their investment needs. Working in-line with SSIM’s brand specifications and are responsible for creating client reports, fact sheets and new template designs as per the business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day BAU and make sure accuracy and timeliness in reporting and processing, as well as adherence
• to controls.
• Process Daily/Weekly/Monthly Client Investment Reports, Factsheet and Ad-hoc queries are completed with 100% accuracy
• Follow-up with upstream team and communicate report status with client facing team or client as necessary
• Supporting and helping the associates and perform the quality check as per the procedure
• Monitor and observe the Team Group Inbox and prioritize the requests as per the client deadline
• Ability work under tight deadlines and capable of creating customized templates both in Excel and Powerpoint
• Provide timely accurate management reporting and issue log maintenance, under moderate supervision
• Actively look for areas of improvement and coordinate internally, overseeing implementation of efficiencies.
• Demonstrate ability to meet tight deadlines and possess fast TAT
• Strong attention in to detail and a focus on quality of the service
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong PC shortcut skills, specifically in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Adobe Packages in particular (InDesign and Illustrator) would be good to have.

Required Qualification:

• Minimum 10-12 Years of experience in Investment Banking and Client Reporting
• Well versed in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PDF)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic Understanding of Asset Management
• Proficiency in formatting and templating skill in Adobe Packages in particular (InDesign and Illustrator) is an added advantage.
• Basic or intermediate Financial or Asset Management Certification.
