About the team

You’ll join the Client Interactions & Contracts (CI&C) Global Operations team within PwC’s Network Information Security (NIS) organization. The team is responsible for enabling consistent, scalable, and high-quality client security support across the global network through technology, governance, knowledge management, and transformation initiatives. Working closely with regional and global stakeholders, the team drives operational excellence and innovation through automation, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions. This is a highly collaborative environment where continuous improvement and client trust are at the center of everything we do.

Job description & summary

• Lead the strategy and roadmap for CI&C platforms, knowledge management, and service delivery capabilities.
• Drive platform improvements focused on workflow automation, integrations, reporting, data quality, security, and user experience.
• Manage adoption of new capabilities through training, enablement activities, and ongoing operational support.
• Govern knowledge assets, standards, taxonomies, metadata, and content lifecycle processes.
• Identify and deliver transformation opportunities through process improvement, analytics, automation, and AI.
• Monitor operational performance, user adoption, and business outcomes through data-driven reporting.
• Partner with global and regional stakeholders to align priorities and drive execution.
• Ensure platforms and processes meet security, privacy, governance, and compliance expectations.
• Lead delivery teams and external partners while fostering collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
• Contribute to the long-term evolution of client-facing security support capabilities across the network.

What matters to us

• 4+ years of professional experience in operational services, project delivery, transformation, information security, risk, compliance, knowledge management, or a related field.
• Experience leading operational services, projects, or transformation initiatives in complex global or cross-functional environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Experience managing priorities, risks, dependencies, and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Experience with ServiceNow workflows, knowledge management, reporting, and IT service management principles.
• Knowledge of information security, technology risk, compliance, and industry frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, SIG, CCM, and CAIQ.

What will help you stand out

• Experience improving end-to-end business processes and operating models.
• Experience designing secure integrations, APIs, and automation solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, ServiceNow Now Assist, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, or similar AI platforms.
• Understanding of AI agents, orchestration, responsible AI practices, and AI governance frameworks.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and Power BI capabilities.
• Knowledge of enterprise data architecture, governance, and lifecycle management.
