Support the management and growth of a strategic multinational client account across Southeast Asia

• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders across business and technology functions

• Support the identification and development of transformation opportunities involving AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, automation, data, and digital technologies

• Collaborate with cross-functional Accenture teams to shape client solutions and align capabilities to business priorities

• Contribute to opportunity qualification, proposal development, business case creation, and deal support activities

• Support account planning, pipeline management, forecasting, governance, and financial tracking processes

• Assist clients in evaluating opportunities to improve operational performance, customer experience, and business agility

• Maintain awareness of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments relevant to multinational Products organizations

• Coordinate effectively across regional stakeholder groups, delivery teams, and client leadership

• Minimum 8 years of experience in consulting, account management, business development, transformation, or related areas

• Experience working with multinational corporations or large enterprise clients

• Experience supporting business transformation, technology transformation, operational improvement, or innovation initiatives

• Working knowledge of AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, analytics, automation, and emerging technology trends

• Exposure to sales pursuits, proposal development, commercial discussions, or growth initiatives

• Proven ability to engage Director-level stakeholders and work effectively across cross-functional teams

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in multicultural and geographically distributed environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting regional client relationships across Southeast Asia

• Familiarity with Products industry sectors such as Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, or Life Sciences

• Exposure to agile delivery models and transformation programs

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field
