Cleaner / Housekeeper

Location: Takeley, UK
Part-time (7.5 hours per week)
Permanent position

How You Will Add Value

You will be responsible for creating a clean and welcoming environment for all employees at our modern Takeley facility. With your strong attention to detail, you will ensure that all required hygiene standards are consistently maintained.

Your Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of all office and laboratory areas in compliance with laboratory safety regulations.
• Cleaning of all restroom and staff common areas.
• Maintenance, cleaning, and replenishment of supplies for coffee machines and water dispensers.
• Internal waste disposal in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Cleaning of interior glass surfaces.
• Monitoring inventory and timely ordering of cleaning supplies.
• Refilling paper towels, soap dispensers, and hand sanitizer dispensers.
• Maintenance and care of cleaning equipment.
• Supporting Office Management with event preparations (decorations, room setup, beverage arrangements, etc.).
• Caring for office plants.
   

What You Bring

• Experience in cleaning office facilities, ideally including laboratory environments.
• Reliability and a strong eye for cleanliness and detail.
• A conscientious and thorough approach to work.
