The responsibility of a Claims Handler at Arch Insurance Company (UK) Limited relates to all Healthcare claims generated by Arch managed syndicates and company platforms.   

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

·       Handle claims associated with Arch Insurance (UK) Ltd policies. 

·       Provide technical leadership to the rest of the London market on lead files.

·       Responsible for the delivery of a high level claims service.  This involves regular communication with claims management and underwriters.

·       Assist underwriters in the implementation of their overall underwriting strategy.

·       Represent Casualty claims at events and client/broker meetings.

·       Manage service providers involved in the claims function on a day to day basis 

Assist in aspects of coverage and potential recovery.
