Make a meaningful difference when it matters most. As a key member of our Critical Incident Support team, you’ll provide expert, counselling and consultation in the wake of traumatic events—whether in workplaces, schools, or community settings.

The impact you'll make and what we'll accomplish together

As an independent contractor, your expertise will be critical in supporting local communities through both unexpected and planned challenges. You’ll provide immediate, on-site support during traumatic events such as accidents, employee deaths, or organizational shifts like restructuring. Your role will help individuals and groups process traumatic experiences, restore stability, and build long-term resilience.
