Reporting to the CHPP Senior Maintenance Engineer, an opportunity exists for an experienced Boilermaker to join the maintenance team.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Providing mechanical maintenance support to the CHPP to ensure safe and reliable plant operation.
• Performing planned, preventative and breakdown maintenance on CHPP equipment.
• Conducting fabrication, remediation and repair work across the CHPP.
• Completing routine inspections and mechanical servicing activities.
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship while complying with site procedures and statutory requirements.
• Contributing to a positive team environment and actively promoting safe work practices.

About you:

Required

• Experience working in a CHPP maintenance environment.
• An Australian-recognised Boilermaker trade qualification.
• Current Standard 11 (Surface) or the ability to obtain.
• Well-developed problem-solving, fault-finding and decision-making skills.
• A strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

Desirable

• Experience leading teams or supervising maintenance activities.
• Mining Supervisor G1, G8 and G9 competencies (formerly S1, S2 and S3).
• Exposure to train loading and dozer operations.
• Current Forklift, EWP, Non-Slewing Crane, Dogging and Rigging tickets.
