Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Children’s Occupational Therapist to join their service, supporting children and young people with complex needs in the community.

This is a high-rate (£40ph) role with a strong focus on equipment, adaptations, and clinical reasoning, working closely with families and partner organisations.

What will your responsibilities be? 

• Undertake home-based assessments and reviews for children with a range of needs
• Recommend and arrange specialist equipment and adaptations (minor & major / DFG)
• Conduct manual handling and risk assessments
• Provide clinical advice, guidance, and signposting to families and carers
• Work collaboratively with:
  • NHS services
  • Schools
  • Child Development Centres (CDC)
  • Local Authority teams
• Implement minor adaptations and bespoke equipment solutions
• Maintain accurate documentation and case records

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy
• HCPC Registration
• Strong experience as a Children’s Occupational Therapist
• Experience with:
  • Complex equipment
  • Minor & major adaptations (DFG)
  • Manual handling & risk assessments
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
