Sobre esta vaga de Chief of Staff to the CEO na norbloc AB
About norbloc
norbloc is a Swedish technology company building the infrastructure for secure, consent-based data sharing between financial institutions, governments and businesses.
Our flagship platform, Fides, enables trusted KYC/KYB information exchange across financial ecosystems. We are currently delivering a national eKYC infrastructure initiative for the Central Bank of the UAE, creating the foundation for further expansion in the Middle East and Europe.
As we enter our next phase of growth, we are strengthening our leadership team, operational capabilities and commercial execution.
We are looking for an exceptional Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO and help turn our strategy into measurable results.
The opportunity
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of strategy, operations, finance and business development.
You will work directly with the CEO and the senior management team on some of the company's most important priorities: scaling our organisation, delivering complex strategic initiatives, evaluating new growth opportunities and building the operational discipline needed for our next stage of development.
This is not an administrative or traditional project-management position. We are looking for a highly analytical, entrepreneurial individual who enjoys moving between strategic questions and practical execution.
You will have direct exposure to executive decision-making, international financial institutions, regulators, investors and technology partnerships.
Key responsibilities
1. Strategy and special projects
- Lead strategic analyses and cross-functional initiatives on behalf of the CEO.
- Evaluate new markets, products, partnerships and commercial opportunities.
- Develop business cases, financial models, investment proposals and actionable recommendations.
- Support strategic expansion of Fides into additional jurisdictions and customer segments.
- Coordinate selected fundraising, investor and corporate-development initiatives.
2. Operational excellence and accountability
- Help establish and manage the company's operating rhythm, including priorities, KPIs, management reviews and decision tracking.
- Work with functional leaders to turn strategic commitments into measurable deliverables.
- Identify operational bottlenecks, resource constraints and execution risks.
- Develop practical solutions to improve efficiency, accountability and organisational scalability.
- Ensure important cross-functional initiatives progress from decision to implementation.
3. CEO and management support
- Act as a trusted analytical and execution partner to the CEO.
- Prepare materials for executive management, the Board and investors.
- Structure complex decisions, challenge assumptions and synthesise information into clear recommendations.
- Coordinate high-priority projects that span multiple departments.
- Support organisational design, recruitment prioritisation and performance-management initiatives.
4. Commercial strategy and growth
- Support market-entry strategies, strategic partnerships and major commercial pursuits.
- Develop pricing models, business cases and commercial proposals for prospective clients.
- Analyse pipeline performance, sales economics and commercial opportunities.
- Support senior management in preparing and executing strategic account plans.
Who will succeed in this role?
Someone who combines the structured thinking of a strong strategy consultant with the execution mentality of an entrepreneur.
You should be as comfortable building a detailed financial model as challenging a strategic assumption, resolving an operational bottleneck or ensuring a management decision gets implemented.
You should enjoy responsibility, ambiguity and the opportunity to create tangible impact in a growing company.
If you want to move from advising businesses to helping build one, we would like to hear from you.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm, or equivalent experience in a highly analytical strategy, operations or business-building role.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, including advanced financial modelling and presentation capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to independently structure ambiguous problems and deliver high-quality work with limited supervision.
- Strong business judgment, commercial awareness and ability to understand complex technology businesses.
- Excellent written and spoken English; Greek is advantageous.
- High ownership, intellectual curiosity, integrity and attention to detail.
- Comfort working directly with senior executives while remaining willing to perform detailed, hands-on work.
- Ability to prioritise ruthlessly, work across different functions and drive projects to completion.
Experience in financial services, fintech, B2B software or technology is advantageous but not essential.
Benefits
- Direct collaboration with the CEO and founders of an international technology company.
- Exposure to major financial institutions, regulators and high-value strategic partnerships.
- An unusually broad role encompassing strategy, operations, finance and commercial development.
- The opportunity to build and shape the company's operating model during a critical growth phase.
- Competitive compensation, performance-linked bonus and potential participation in the company's long-term incentive scheme.
- A strong development path toward senior operating or business leadership roles.
