Your mission

Plus précisément, vous :

• Organisez les chantiers d'amélioration continue en y intégrant l'ensemble des parties prenantes
• Déployez les standards site et groupe en y impliquant les équipes locales
• Collaborez avec les responsables de production sur la formation des opérateurs à différentes méthodes d'amélioration continue : 5S, SMED, TPM, ...
• Participez au déploiement de la politique d'amélioration continue via la méthode Kaizen afin d'augmenter le TRS des lignes de production
• Menez des études afin de faire la chasse aux Mudas ( gaspillages)
• Définir, suivre et analyser les indicateurs de performance (KPI).
• Participer activement au développement de la culture d'amélioration continue sur le terrain.

Les plus du poste :

• Vous faites du management transverse auprès des pilotes afin d'assurer le suivi des chantiers
• Vous avez un rôle enrichissant et valorisant : celui de formateur auprès des opérateurs de production
• Vous occupez un poste "tremplin" amenant à prendre des responsabilités

Ce poste est à pouvoir au plus tôt en fonction de votre disponibilité et en CDI sur notre site de Gien (45).

De formation supérieure bac+5 type excellence opérationnelle ou ingénieur industriel/production.

Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en Excellence Opérationnelle, Lean Manufacturing ou management de la production dans un environnement industriel.

Expérience confirmée dans la gestion de projets transverses et l'accompagnement du changement.

Vous avez des compétences et des connaissances sur les outils d'amélioration continue avec une orientation terrain une approche Lean.

Vous disposez d'une appétence pour la formation dans le but de transmettre et faire apprendre des connaissances.

Vous maîtrisez l'anglais à l'oral comme à l'écrit afin d'assimiler les standards et d'assister les audits.
