About the role: 

The PSM - Global Initiative & Change Leader is responsible for driving and managing key strategic, PSM lead, initiatives and change initiatives that align with the company’s strategic objectives. This role leads cross-functional projects, ensures stakeholder engagement, and facilitates cultural, process, and operational transformation. The Change Leader will play a critical role in ensuring change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. Coordination and supportive activities to help manage the VP – PSM and management teams prioritized actions ensuring on-time and accurate deliveries and completion of tasks. 

Key responsibilities include: 

• Main responsibility is to prioritize support for PSM mgmt. team to deliver on the main OKR’s and KPI’s for the PSM organization.   

• Lead change initiatives within PSM and across departments to support business transformation.  

• Apply a structured change management approach and methodology for the people side of change.  

• Develop and execute change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.  

• Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics and resistance management strategies.  

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and commitment.  

• Track and report actions, responsibilities, change progress, leading metrics, and outcomes to leadership.  

Qualifications & Experience: 

• 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational support and/or development, business transformation, or relevant comparable experiences  

• Certification and/or experience in specific Change Management Programs, principles and processes (e.g., PROSCI, ACMP, or similar) preferred.  

• Proven ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.  

• Comfortable working with ambiguity and in fast-paced environments.  

• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.  

• Have a proven international exposure experience or aptitude  

• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to create strong working relationships with internal and external staff  

• Have a strong track record in continuous improvement, driving and adapting to change.
