As a Senior Associate in Enterprise Technology Solutions focusing on Oracle Security, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their operational efficiency by analyzing their needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. Within our Risk Consulting practice, you will focus on validating compliance and enhancing security within Oracle applications, enabling clients to mitigate risks, protect sensitive data, and maintain compliance with industry regulations.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity. This role at PwC Acceleration Center India offers the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations. You will uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client requirements to implement security measures within Oracle applications
- Validating compliance with regulatory standards to mitigate risks and protect sensitive data
- Developing and maintaining security frameworks to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborating with clients to optimize the integration and utilization of business applications
- Providing guidance and support for compliance program implementation and oversight
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations
- Implementing corrective actions and remediation designs to address compliance issues
- Managing compliance auditing and documentation processes to uphold professional standards
- Building meaningful client connections and navigating complex situations to deliver quality solutions
- Leveraging Oracle E-Business Suite to support compliance and governance initiatives

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics, Business Administration/Management, Business Analytics, Computer Engineering, Computer Programming, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Finance, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Risk Management, Statistics, Systems Engineering
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Security, Identity, Governance, Risk Management, or related Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) security domains
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite and compliance technology
- Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex compliance challenges
- Developing policies and guidelines for regulatory compliance
- Embracing change and demonstrating learning agility in dynamic environments
- Managing compliance program implementation and oversight
