Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 主要工作职责：

• Lead End-to-End Research on Oral Health brands – Paradontax & Polident: Design, execute, and analyze qualitative and quantitative research studies across the entire consumer journey, advocate consumer insights to inspire brand strategy, innovation development and market performance. 
• Digital analytics and insight generation capability, esp. on emerging channels e.g. Douyin
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and cross function teams to embed consumer insights into strategy and execution. 
• Research Management: Manage research agencies and tools, ensuring high-quality deliverables within budget and timeline. 
• Storytelling & Activation: Synthesize complex data into clear, compelling narratives and actionable recommendations for diverse audiences.
• Culture of Insight: Act as the voice of the consumer, embedding oral care category expertise into business decisions.

Qualifications/Requirements: (Education / Experience / Competencies)

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Sociology, Statistics, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus. 
• 8+ years of consumer insights/market research experience, FMCG or Oral Care experienced preferred.
• Proven expertise in both qualitative (e.g., IDI, FGD, ethnography) and quantitative (e.g., U&A, segmentation, performance tracking) research methods. 
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data analysis tools. 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex findings for non-research audiences.
• Experience managing external research agencies and budgets. 

Proactive, collaborative, and curious mindset with a passion for understanding human behavior.
