Job Responsibilities

Operational Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage all guests visiting the Infinity Pool.

• Provide a brief introduction to the available offerings while escorting guests to their dedicated sunbeds.

• Deliver exceptional service to create memorable experiences for all guests.

• Set up and maintain sun beds, ensuring they are ready for the next guests.

• Take and process food and beverage orders.

• Interact with guests and respond to their inquiries appropriately.

• Handle guests’ requests and communicate those not directly related to the Infinity Pool to the respective departments, ensuring fulfillment.

• Ensure the availability of fresh towels and present them to guests.

• Maintain the towel distribution counter and return bins in a neat and presentable condition.

• Keep the Infinity Pool deck area clean, presentable and free of discarded towels.

• Be knowledgeable with the Pool's F&B menu.

• To be willing and able to assist with taking guest F&B orders and relaying them accurately.

• Adhere to Company policy for access to the Infinity Pool.

• Bid all guests a fond farewell upon their departure.

Departmental Responsibilities:

• Be familiar with the local community and major events, making appropriate recommendations to enhance guests' stay.

• Maintain close liaison with all other departments to understand their operational flow, ensuring seamless guest experiences.

• Monitor activities in the Infinity Pool and report any suspicious characters, items, or activities to the Manager.

• Perform administrative duties as requested, such as filing reports.

• Contribute ideas to improve the operations of Pools & Recreation

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

• Minimum Primary level education

Experience

• Prior customer service experience in the same capacity is an advantage

Other Prerequisites

• Excellent guest relations and communication skills.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Ability to speak additional languages is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable speaking in front of groups.
• Willingness to work shifts in an outdoor pool environment.
• Comfortable with exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
• Capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Impeccable follow-through with a "Can Do" attitude and mindset.
• Well-groomed with a professional disposition.
