Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is seeking a Casual Banqueting Bartender to join our Events team.

The role

As a Casual Banqueting Bartender, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional beverage service across a variety of luxury events and functions.

Working alongside the Banqueting leadership team, you will prepare and serve cocktails, wines, spirits, and other beverages while ensuring every guest receives the warm, professional, and engaging service for which Four Seasons is renowned.

What you will do

• Prepare and serve beverages to the highest standards across banqueting events and functions
• Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests
• Maintain strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, beers, and non alcoholic beverages
• Support the setup, operation, and breakdown of event bars
• Ensure bars remain clean, organised, and fully stocked throughout service
• Work closely with the Banqueting and Culinary teams to ensure seamless event execution
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests
• Uphold Four Seasons service standards and contribute to memorable guest experiences

What we are looking for

• Previous bartending experience within a hotel, restaurant, bar, or luxury hospitality environment
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and beverage service
• Understanding of banqueting and event service is advantageous
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Professional presentation and strong communication skills
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast paced environment
• Positive attitude and collaborative approach to teamwork
• Good spoken English
• Right to Work in the UK
