CASHIER

THE OPPORTUNITY  

Our contributors at Michael Kors are stylish, fashion forward individuals who are passionate about the customer experience and achieving results.  As a Cashier, you are a flexible team player with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fun, inspiring and fast-paced store environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Deliver an elevated and welcoming experience while responding to customers’ needs quickly and accurately

• Achieve email capture and sales goals through creative engagement with customers

• Demonstrate flexibility and perform store tasks with speed and excellence

• Process POS transactions efficiently and comply with all policies and procedures while creating a memorable experience

• Assist sales associates in determining customers’ needs and resolving all client issues.

• Maintain store standards of cleanliness and organization.

-Drive Omni channel sales by utilizing all available tools and technology

YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE:  

• 1+ year of relevant retail experience

• Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English is required.  

• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.

• Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and high retail traffic and sales days, including but not limited to the day after Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, Mother’s Day, etc.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift).

• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members in both written and verbal formats.

• Ability to work in busy environments, including but not limited to working under bright lights, with music, and during peak traffic hours.
