Who is the Carrier Governance Team?

The Carrier Governance Team is responsible for security, controls, and oversight across Hub’s carrier and broker relationships. The team helps protect the organization by ensuring the right processes, access, and controls are in place, while also supporting the Accounting Center with carrier-related needs. This includes improving how teams work with carriers, resolving issues when they arise, and strengthening overall consistency and compliance.

About the Role:

As a Carrier Governance Service Analyst, you'll support a variety of initiatives across our Carrier Governance team, helping bring new ideas to life from design through implementation. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, curious, and enjoys research, problem-solving, and process development while making a meaningful impact across the business.

What You Will Do:

• Contribute to a variety of segments across the Carrier Governance department, including Access Management, Complex Research, and other governance-focused functions.
• Assist with the design, analysis, and implementation of new processes, programs, and initiatives.
• Research and investigate complex issues, gathering information and insights to support business decisions.
• Partner with leaders and teammates to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational effectiveness.
• Document processes, controls, and governance requirements to support consistency and compliance.
• Help strengthen carrier relationships through governance, oversight, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Provide coverage across team segments as needed and support special projects and business initiatives.

What You Will Bring:

• Experience in a service, operations, accounting, governance, or controls-related environment preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments.
• A curious mindset with a passion for researching, analyzing information, and connecting the dots to solve problems.
• Confidence navigating ambiguity, exercising sound judgment, and helping move work forward.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships across teams and levels of leadership.
• A proactive, service-focused approach and a desire to contribute to meaningful work that supports the team's goals and carrier relationships.
