About This Role:
Maven is looking for a mission-driven, empathetic Career Coach to support our members through virtual care.
As a Maven provider, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with members across the globe, expanding access to high-quality healthcare. You’ll join a curated provider network spanning 30+ specialties and 350+ subspecialties, all working to deliver holistic, high-value care.

This is a part-time, 1099 independent contractor position requiring approximately 5 hours per week.
What You'll Do:
- Provide virtual care and support to adult members through 30-minute video consultations and asynchronous messaging, addressing topics such as:
- Parental leave and return to work (and how to discuss these topics with management)
- Balancing career and parenthood
- Resume review and coaching on how to tell your story
- Career transitions and job loss
- Manager training, leadership development, and time management
- Document encounters in Maven’s practice management system, MPractice.
- Collaborate with Maven’s Care Delivery team to coordinate member needs, including in-person referrals and follow-up care.
- Champion Maven’s unique care model by providing culturally humble care and advancing our belief that better outcomes for women and families mean a better world for everyone.
Who You Are:
- An ICF-certified coach (International Coaching Federation certification).
- Currently residing in the United States.
- Able to commit approximately 5 hours per week to direct member care in a part-time, independent contractor (1099) capacity.
- Have at least 5 years of professional experience providing wellness coaching.
- Have at least 3 years of experience delivering care via telehealth.
- Experienced in providing one-on-one wellness coaching.
- Comfortable delivering care through a digital health platform and engaging members in a virtual care environment.
- Passionate about women’s and family health.
