The Care Management Support Assistant 2 contributes to administration of care management. Provide non-clinical support to the assessment and evaluation of members' needs. This support helps achieve or maintain an wellness state by guiding members/families toward, and facilitating interaction with, resources appropriate for the care and wellbeing of members. The Care Management Support Assistant 2 performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative/operational/customer support assignments. Perform computations. Typically work on semi-routine assignments.The Care Management Support Assistant 2 Decisions are typically focus on interpretation of area/department policy and methods for completing assignments. Work within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, but has some latitude over prioritization/timing, and works. Follow standard practices that allow for some opportunity for interpretation/deviation or independent.

Required Qualifications
Less than 3 years of technical experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Administrative support experience in the healthcare industry
Familiarity with care and well-being resources
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences
Must reside in, or within a commutable distance to, the Schaumburg office or downtown Chicago office and be available to work onsite 1 to 2 days per week
Preferred Qualifications
Associate's degree Microsoft Access proficiency
Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
