THE ROLE
CTC's Talent Acquisition team is growing, and we're adding a Campus Relations & Events Associate to execute our full calendar of campus-related events.
You'll be the person who keeps CTC's relationships with career centers, faculty, and student organizations active year-round, and who runs the full mix of events – office visits, campus info sessions, and virtual events – that put CTC in front of the right students at the right time. Like everyone on our campus team, you’ll be team-first: this role isn’t limited to what’s listed below, and we’re looking for someone who jumps in wherever the team needs a hand.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
University Relations & Partnerships
- Own and grow CTC's relationships with career centers and student organizations across our target campuses — you're the familiar, trusted face they hear from consistently, not just during peak season.
- Serve as CTC's primary point of contact for student organization partnerships and sponsorships, negotiating terms and maintaining the relationship year-round.
- Track relationship health and engagement across schools and flag opportunities or gaps to the Campus Recruiter and Campus Program Manager.
- Identify and help develop new partnership opportunities across target campuses — new student organizations, academic departments, or affinity groups where CTC doesn't yet have a presence.
Event Execution
- Coordinate and run CTC's campus events calendar — info sessions, coffee chats, trading competitions, office visits, and Super Day support — handling everything from planning logistics to day-of execution.
- Track and manage metrics for each event (attendance, pipeline generated, conversion) and run post-event lookbacks, sharing what worked and didn’t work with the team to improve future events.
- Project-manage event logistics end-to-end: venue/vendor coordination, materials and swag, travel, and on-site staffing — partnering with the Recruiting Coordinator where scheduling overlaps and making sure every event runs without a hitch.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree (all majors and concentrations welcome)
- 1+ years of experience in campus recruiting, recruiting coordination, or event planning
- A natural relationship-builder who builds credibility quickly with students, student organization leaders, and career centers
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple schools, events, and partners simultaneously
- A team-first mentality
- Proficient and comfortable tracking event and partnership metrics and using data to evaluate what worked and didn’t work
- Minimal travel required
- Experience working with an ATS, preferably Greenhouse, a plus
Compensation
The salary range for this role is listed below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The discretionary bonus will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, and firm performance.
Most teams at CTC, with the exception of Trading, follow a hybrid workplace model, subject to change based on business need.
Our Benefits
We strongly believe in the well-being of our employees and their families so we offer outstanding benefits to support you both professionally and personally. These benefits include generous time off, insurance coverage, paid parental leave, free breakfast and lunch (plus healthy snacks, of course), wellness reimbursement, and a variety of other benefits focused on providing the best employee experience.
(Disclaimer: interns and contractors are not eligible for benefits at CTC)
