Position Summary 

We’re seeking a full-time Campus Marketing Specialist (official title: Campus Marketing Specialist III) for our Los Angeles-based corporate office. This role will drive collaboration with schools, student organizations, sororities, and other academic and private organizations. They will focus on identifying, engaging, and maintaining key partnerships that support our marketing initiatives and enhance SHEIN's presence in campus communities. 

Job Responsibilities 

• Conduct research to identify potential partners, including sororities, schools, and student organizations, that align with SHEIN’s campaign goals.
• Develop and execute outreach strategies to build strong relationships with targeted partners.
• Create compelling marketing collateral to present to potential partners and enhance engagement.
• Lead communication efforts with partners, ensuring professionalism, clarity, and alignment with SHEIN’s brand image.
• Drive partnership signings and meet annual KPIs for acquiring partners across different categories. 

Job Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in partnerships, outreach, marketing, or business development.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to conduct market research and identify high-potential partnership opportunities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple partnerships simultaneously.
• Familiarity with campus organizations, student networks, and event planning is a plus.
