As a Global Campaigns Demand Generation Experienced Professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing global demand generation campaigns that align with the Cordant Solutions commercial strategy. You will leverage data, digital marketing tools, and account-based marketing approaches to generate high-quality leads, improve conversion rates, and maximize marketing ROI.

As a Global Campaigns Demand Generation Experienced Professional, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the planning, execution, performance management, and reporting of demand generation campaigns aligned with commercial objectives and growth strategies.

• Developing and deploying integrated marketing campaigns utilizing email marketing, lead nurturing, lead management, social media, digital advertising, and marketing automation tools to drive higher ROI.

• Partnering with Commercial Enablement, Product Marketing, Sales, and Communications teams to translate campaign strategies into effective execution plans and measurable outcomes.

• Serving as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on campaign management best practices, from lead generation and qualification through reporting and optimization.

• Collaborating closely with Sales teams to maximize lead conversion, improve opportunity creation, and enhance overall campaign effectiveness.

• Designing and executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns while partnering with Key Account Managers to support strategic growth initiatives and targeted customer engagement.

• Leveraging customer intelligence, content, analytics, and market insights to measure campaign performance, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.

• Driving process optimization and digital transformation initiatives through marketing automation, CRM platforms, ABM technologies, and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external agencies.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline from an accredited university or college.

• Have extensive experience in Digital Marketing and Demand Generation, with a proven track record of designing and executing successful campaigns.

• Have 3+ years of experience in demand generation, campaign management, lead generation, or a related marketing function.

• Demonstrate proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tools, with experience in 6sense considered an advantage.

• Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of sales processes, lead management, and pipeline development strategies.

• Have excellent communication, collaboration, project management, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across global teams.

• Be highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning, process improvement, and delivering measurable business results.
