The Campaign Manager is responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. Working closely with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and agency partners, the role drives the development of compelling campaigns, ensures consistent brand execution, and delivers seamless customer experiences across multiple channels.YOUR CHALLENGE
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels
Translate business objectives into campaign strategies and activation plans
Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and delivery across stakeholders and partners
Support the development of a balanced always-on and campaign-led marketing approach
Ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience across touchpoints
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and agency partners
Manage agencies and suppliers to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
Present campaign plans, progress, and results to stakeholders
YOUR PROFILE
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in: Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
Additional marketing qualifications are advantageous
Fluent in English, German is a plus
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in campaign management
Proven track record delivering integrated, multi-channel campaigns
Experience managing creative and media agencies
Understanding of brand and performance marketing
Experience in financial services, luxury, premium, or professional services is advantageous
Technical Skills:
Integrated campaign planning and execution
Multi-channel marketing coordination
Project, workflow, and budget management
Personal Skills:
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships across teams and agencies
Proactive, solution-oriented, and detail-focused
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
