Your mission

Assurer la fabrication de principes actifs à usage pharmaceutique ou cosmétique, dans le respect des référentiels applicables sur le site (ICH Q7A, BPF, GMP, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001) et des règles d'hygiène, sécurité et environnement.
1- Assurer au travers d'un procédé défini les opérations de fabrication en veillant à la continuité du flux, réaliser en autonomie l'enchaînement des procédés (conduite, réglage) sur plusieurs technologies d'appareillages et /ou sur plusieurs ateliers de secteurs différents ;
2 - Analyser l'incidence de chacune des étapes du procédé de la fabrication sur la suivante et la qualité du produit, interpréter les résultats et mettre en oeuvre les actions correctives ;
3 - Renseigner les documents de suivi des fabrications confiées (suivi fabrication, fiches d'état matériel, cahiers machine, cahiers de consignes...) ;
4 - Participer aux tâches communes liées à l'organisation du secteur.

Ces missions nécessitent notamment de faire preuve de rigueur, réactivité et sens du résultat
