Key responsibilities
- Quantitative & Predictive Modeling: Apply advanced quantitative methods and data mining techniques to manage large datasets, formulate insights, and build predictive models to uncover business opportunities and drive strategic growth.
- Data-Driven Strategy & Campaign Optimization: Partner closely with product and marketing teams to identify sales, acquisition, customer retention, and cross-sell opportunities through tailored marketing analytics.
- Data Modeling & Architecture: Translate complex business requirements into conceptual, logical, and physical data models. Understand and articulate the end-to-end processes and components of Leads, Channel, and Campaign Management.
- Advanced Analytics Execution: Utilize SQL, Python, R, SAS, and other analytical tools to design custom analyses, track key performance metrics, and build reporting frameworks.
- Business Insights & Leadership Support: Translate raw data into executive-ready summaries and deliver high-impact business insights that empower leadership to refine overall strategy.
- Data Visualization & Reporting: Build and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to democratize data access across technical and non-technical teams.
- Strategic Alignment: Ensure all analytics initiatives directly align with the Division’s and Bank’s overall strategic intents and annual financial goals.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or Data Science roles, with a strong focus on business analysis.
- Technical Skills:Strong programming proficiency in SQL and Python (SAS or R is a plus).Demonstrated familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Experience with campaign management systems and leads management data flows.
- Soft Skills:Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to bridge the gap between technical data teams and business stakeholders.Strong business acumen with a track record of delivering insights that directly influence decision-making.
