Are you someone who can:

• Perform accurate and timely management information, business intelligence, and performance reports
• Perform data extraction, cleansing, analysis, and reporting to support collections performance and decision-making
• Develop and maintain reporting solutions, dashboards, and data models that provide meaningful business insights
• Ensure the accurate and timely distribution of daily, monthly, and ad hoc reports to stakeholders
• Support and manage dialler campaigns to optimize collections performance and customer contact strategies
• Monitor portfolio performance, identifying trends and opportunities for process improvement
• Resolve reporting and system-related issues while ensuring data integrity, governance, and compliance requirements are met
• Collaborate effectively with operational teams and stakeholders to support business objectives and strategic initiatives
• Take ownership of your development while contributing to a high-performance, collaborative team environment

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Have over 3 years' experience in Management Information Systems (MIS), reporting, business intelligence, data analytics, or business support within a banking or financial services environment
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools
• Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities
