Job Description

This role supports the Customer Operations Manager and Business Support Team by handling customer and dealer queries, monitoring workflow, and ensuring timely responses. It focuses on delivering high-quality customer service, maintaining strong relationships with a nationwide dealer network, and carrying out administrative tasks efficiently while working deadlines in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Operations Manager and Business Support Team.

• Monitor workflow and ensure timely turnaround on client and dealer queries.

• Address customer queries, written and telephone, in a professional and timely manner

• Build and maintain relationships with nationwide dealer networks and business managers.

• Develop strong working relationships with dealer network

• Customer service, supporting the dealer network and business managers.

• Carrying administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.

• Resolve administrative problems.

• Proficiency in Microsoft office suite particularly Excel.
