Your responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the BU HV Integrated Management System (IMS) with main focus on certification activities
- Lead and coordinate IMS certification topics with strong focus on China multisite requirements and global alignment
- Ensure alignment between global QMS standards and local implementations, including audit readiness and execution
- Drive Business Process Quality improvements, especially in the early value chain (Marketing & Sales)
- Support internal and external audits and ensure effective follow-up of findings
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within QMM and strengthen integration of Quality and HSE
- support local factory(CNTHB) QMS activities
- drive HUB NAS quality culture development(lesson learned, quality training, quality awareness, quality award, etc.)
Your background:
- A master’s degree or above.
- Ability to communicate fluently and effectively in both English and Mandarin.
- More than 5 years related experience in quality management system
- Strong quality management theory and methodology background is plus.
- Good communication skill to different stakeholders(internal & external, local & global) and drive continuous improvement from QMS view.
- Result-orientated and strong ownership.
