Project Role : Business Process Architect
Project Role Description : Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.

As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves designing comprehensive business processes that align with organizational goals and performance standards. The Business Process Architect actively participates in quality management reviews to maintain high standards and supports the education of stakeholders to foster a thorough understanding of the process designs. The position demands a strategic approach to integrating business needs with application requirements, ensuring seamless operational workflows.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process frameworks to enhance operational efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between technical and business teams to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Advanced Available to Promise.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and optimize business processes.
- Experience in developing and documenting process blueprints and key performance indicators.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.
- Strong communication skills to educate and guide stakeholders on process designs.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Advanced Available to Promise.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
