Role Summary
As a Business Operations Intern in the CN & APAC Enterprise team, you will support Enterprise commercial operations and strategic initiatives in CN and APAC regions.
This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in combining data analysis, business insights, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, international business environment. You will gain hands-on experience in performance tracking, business analysis, and project coordination, while working closely with commercial, product, and operations teams across regions.
What You’ll Do
- Support team performance tracking, including KPI monitoring, reporting, and insights generation
- Extract, organize, and analyze data to support business analysis and identify key issues or opportunities
- Assist in building dashboards, reports, and business review materials
- Work closely with team members to support deep-dive analysis on business performance and strategic topics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Operations, Marketing) to follow up on internal projects and ensure smooth execution
- Help streamline internal processes and improve reporting efficiency
- Support ad-hoc analysis and operational tasks as needed
Who You Are
- Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student (Business, Economics, Data, or related fields preferred)
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work in an international environment
- Basic data analysis skills (Excel required; SQL / BI tools are a plus)
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability; comfortable working with data
- Good communication and coordination skills; able to work with multiple stakeholders
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible team player
- Experience in student organizations, projects, or leadership roles is a plus
