The Role

本ポジションの役割／担当業務

キンドリルジャパン・スタッフオペレーションズ株式会社（KSOK）は、キンドリルジャパンの営業部門やサービスプロジェクトを支える事務・オペレーション担当として、障がい特性や経験に応じて業務内容・業務量を調整しながら、請求・支払処理、Excel集計、資料作成、営業アドミンなどのバックオフィス業務を通じて円滑な事業運営を支援し、沖縄事業所への出社を含むハイブリッド勤務でチームと連携するとともに、安定就業と将来的なPwD通常採用への移行に貢献します。

業務内容／担当いただく業務

・Outlook、Word、Excel、PowerPointを使った日常的な事務処理を実施

・Excelでのデータ集計、資料作成、営業・プロジェクト関連の管理業務を担当

・請求書処理、支払処理、経理関連のサポート業務を行う

・営業やプロジェクトメンバーと連携し、依頼内容を確認・対応

・必要に応じてSAP等の社内システムを利用し、業務処理を進める

・報連相を行いながら、正確性・丁寧さを重視して定型業務を遂行

・配慮事項や支援員同席要否などを関係者と共有し、安定就業を支援

Who You Are

必須スキル・経験／応募必須要件

・高卒以上で、就業経験およびチームで仕事をした経験がある方

・Outlook、Word、Excel、PowerPointの基本操作が可能な方

・フルタイム勤務が可能で、時短勤務のみ希望ではない方

・沖縄事業所へ出社可能な通勤圏に居住し、ハイブリッド勤務に対応できる方

・請求書処理やデータ入力に必要な正確性・丁寧さを持つ方

・障がい特性や必要な合理的配慮を適切に共有できる方

歓迎スキル・経験／あると望ましいスキル・経験

・IF関数、VLOOKUP／XLOOKUP、ピボットテーブル等のExcel中級スキル

・経理、請求処理、支払処理、営業アドミン、バックオフィス業務の経験

・SAPなど社内システムの利用経験

・就労移行支援利用者、一般企業での事務経験者、経理アシスタント経験者

・報連相や周囲との協働を大切にし、チームで安定して働ける方

・定型業務をコツコツ正確に進めることに適性がある方
