Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, configure, and optimize business systems and operational processes across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and other cross-functional teams.
- Support and improve key GTM platforms, including HubSpot and other CRM, marketing automation, project management, and data enrichment tools.
- Support system integrations, data flows, and process automation across the GTM technology stack.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and recurring business reviews that consolidate cross-functional data and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Conduct proactive business and operational analysis to identify trends, uncover inefficiencies, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Partner with stakeholders to prepare executive-level deliverables, including recurring business performance reviews, management reporting, and Board presentations.
- Harness AI in project execution, workflow automation, data analysis, and day-to-day operations to improve efficiency and business impact.
- Serve as a day-to-day resource for data, reporting, systems, and operational requests, helping teams resolve issues and execute efficiently.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, automate repetitive work, and strengthen data quality across GTM operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with leading CRM and marketing automation platforms; HubSpot experience is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to harness AI tools to improve project execution, analysis, automation, and day-to-day productivity.
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking and a practical understanding of business operations, data, and cross-functional workflows.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to think strategically and connect analysis to broader business objectives.
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, unstructured environments with limited resources — comfortable wearing multiple hats and driving progress without a playbook.
- Resourceful and action-oriented; takes ownership, finds practical solutions, removes roadblocks, and moves work forward without waiting for direction.
- Quick learner with a strong sense of curiosity and the ability to quickly pick up new systems, tools, and business processes.
- Strong communicator and collaborator, able to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
