In this role, you will establish a strong and long-term relationship with all our customers to help in achieving our goal in becoming the most trusted online solutions provider.

Who you are and what you’ll need to succeed. 

• Applicants must have at least 1 year of sales experience

• Must have Excellent English communication skills (verbal, written and listening) 

• Must be committed to working hard, have competitive spirit, and a solution provider. 

• Must be able to build rapport and have strong customer service skills. 

• Must be confident and can comprehend and interpret customer information. 

What you'll do and how you’ll make your mark. 

• Closing sales from inbound and outbound phone calls from incoming emails and live chat. 

• Responding to Sales Account calls in a professional and timely manner while building rapport and doing data mining relevant to customer information. 

• Escalating serious sales issues and prioritizing these without any panic. 

• Having confidence and the ability to comprehend and interpret customer information.
