A Brief Overview
The Business Development Partner is responsible for recruiting and onboarding subcontractor crews for installation services. This position will participate in advertising and social media events and content to develop the relationships with subcontractor crews and business partners.

This is not an office-based position. The individual will travel regularly to meet with subcontractors throughout the Charleston, Myrtle Beach, and Savannah areas.

What you will do

• Act as a liaison between the company and business partners/subcontractors.
• Create and maintain key relationships with subcontractors and associate team members.
• Recruit subcontractors on behalf of company.
• Establish and maintain subcontractor database.
• Participate in gathering social medial content.
• Participate in advertising events and content.
• Proactively ensure retention of install crews.
• Act as main point of contact for existing crews.
• Facilitate team council and team leader meetings.

Education Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Skills and Abilities

• Must be fluent in Spanish or Portuguese.
• Experience participating in demand planning and forecasting needs.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, high volume activity and establish priorities in a dynamic business environment.
• Must be a good facilitator and leader of individuals or groups.
• Demonstrate initiative and flexibility and must be detail oriented.
• Strong problem-solving skills and effective time management.

Licenses and Certifications

• DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State required.
