Job Purpose
To drive profitable business growth through account follow-up, pipeline management, customer engagement and the execution of strategic growth initiatives. The role acts as a key link between Sales, Business Units, Marketing and Operations, ensuring opportunities, projects and business plans are effectively executed and translated into measurable results.
Responsibilities
Support business growth strategies and commercial initiatives.
Manage customer follow-up, pipeline progression, and opportunity tracking.
Collaborate with Sales teams to identify and drive growth opportunities.
Maintain CRM accuracy, reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking.
Coordinate cross-functional projects and stakeholder activities.
Manage action plans, deliverables, and project follow-up.
Support process improvements, automation, and business transformation initiatives.
Build relationships with internal teams, customers, and partners.
Identify risks, opportunities, and actions to improve business performance.
Prepare business reviews, reports, and executive presentations.
Knowledge Skills and Experience
2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales Operations, Account Management, Project Coordination, or similar roles.
Strong customer focus and commercial mindset.
Understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and opportunity tracking.
Ability to identify business opportunities and drive action plans.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience collaborating across multiple teams.
Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into business insights.
Experience with CRM platforms and reporting tools.
Good knowledge of Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems effectively.
Adaptable with a continuous improvement mindset.
Fluent/ Native English and Spanish level.
