About the Role:

We are looking for a Business Commercial Internto join our team in China to support day-to-day operations and documentation needs. This role will provide hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international working environment and exposure to a broad range of commercial matters across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the team in preparing business and tender documentation, contracts, and reports
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business development activities
• Assist with reviewing, translating, and drafting businessdocuments and contracts (Chinese & English).
• Support the commercial team on research, regulatory updates, and preparing advice related to China operations.
• Maintain and organize business documentation and records in compliance with internal policies.
• Support in planning and executing both online and offline events and campaigns
• Research marketing trends, competitors, and industry insights
• Help with content preparation for social media, WeChat, and other communication
• channels
• Support other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

你的工作内容包括：

• 协助团队准备商务文件、投标材料、合同及相关报告；
• 进行市场调研与竞争对手分析，支持业务拓展相关工作；
• 协助审查、翻译和起草商务文件及合同（中文和英文）。
• 支持商务团队进行研究、更新法规，并准备与中国业务相关的意见。
• 维护和整理商务文件和记录，确保符合内部政策要求。
• 协助线上及线下活动及推广项目的策划和执行
• 调研最新市场营销趋势、竞争对手动态及行业信息
• 协助市场内容的准备与编辑（如公众号、社交媒体内容、宣传物料等）
• 支持其他临时项目的工作。

工作要求

• 优秀的中英文书面和口头沟通能力。
